She thoroughly researches the market, neighborhood, location, schools, natural light, floor plans, configurations and much more, all the while taking into account our desirability, needs and religious concerns. Once we’d narrowed on the house we’d liked, she was on top of everything. She did her research and advised us appropriately on the offer process and helped us make offers that were comfortably within our budget range. She’d negotiated with the builder and did everything in her power to make our offer a success.
